Heritage Medical Equipment is offering a no risk trial on a back brace that offers all the features and benefits of a “warm and form back brace” but is less expensive, more comfortable, and more effective.

Just order the Mechanical Advantage Pulley System (MAPS) Back brace and try it.  You have 14 days to decide if you like it.  If you are not satisfied just return it for a full refund.  We will pay for the return shipping.

Why is this back brace better than a “warm and form”?

1.  The MAPS Back Brace doesn’t have a moldable plastic insert that needs to be “warmed” and formed”.

A “warm and form” back brace get its name from the panel inside the brace that needs to be molded to each person’s lower back.  This is not a do-it-at-home project.  You need a heat gun or a hydroculator to properly heat the insert.  The plastic needs to be molded around the patient while it is hot, so people can get burned.

The MAPS Back brace achieves a custom anatomical fit with moldable back panels and a pulley system that contours to each person’s unique anatomy.  Nothing has to be heated to achieve a custom fit!

2.  The MAPS Back Brace is lighter and lower profile.  This makes the brace more comfortable to wear.

3.  The MAPS Back Brace has an open-air design.  This makes the brace more breathable and helps prevent back sweat.  Ewwwww.

4.  The MAPS Brace comes with an optional SPINE Program.

The spine program includes a six minute video on lower back pain and how to manage it.  There is a booklet that includes first aid advice for the onset of low back pain, and exercises to prevent it.  A carrying case for your back brace is also included.

Tennis Elbow Braces

tennis elbow brace

There are so many tennis elbow braces on the internet, which one if right for me?  Great question.  The brace needs to be durable, comfortable, and easy to put on and take off.  Since you will be limited to one-hand, how you put the brace on needs to be taken into consideration.

The material the brace is made from is also important.  Neoprene is great for providing circumferential pressure and warmth, but if you live in Florida and want to play tennis in July, neoprene may be too hot.

Heritage Medical Equipment has a variety of tennis elbow braces to choose from:  click here to learn more about braces and supports for tennis elbow.  Price Range:  $14.45 to $29.95

Magnet Therapy

Magnet Therapy

Magnetic knee supports are effective.  Yes, magnetic knee braces work.  We have patients all over the country utilizing magnetic therapy with impressive results.  Magnets have been used for centuries to help with knee pain.  Magnetic therapy  can’t hurt – it is worth trying.  Nobody has ever died from a knee brace.  People get sick from prescription and over-the-counter drugs all the time.

The magnetic knee brace pictured above contains ten large Anisotropic and powerful 4300 gauss magnets. The magnets are inserted to create a magnetic field that penetrates 5″ deep to effectively ease joint pain and knee swelling. The patented “thermal reactive” support material provides warmth and compression. This knee sleeve works in conjunction with the magnets to increase blood flow and make arthritic knees feel better.

This knee brace costs $51.50.  Click here to learn more about magnetic knee supports.
